Teens Tackle Homelessness (TTH) is the youth volunteer program of Bridges Outreach, engaging high school students from across New Jersey in meaningful service that supports our mission to end homelessness through outreach, education, and community engagement.
Bridges Outreach works to end homelessness by connecting people to housing, healthcare, and the individualized support they need to achieve lasting stability. Through compassionate outreach, volunteer engagement, and professional case management, we build trusting relationships while meeting immediate needs and creating pathways to independence.
