Welcome to Teens Tackle Homelessness!
Teens Tackle Homelessness (TTH) is a teen-led volunteer initiative dedicated to supporting individuals experiencing homelessness in the local community. TTH operates as a subset of Bridges Outreach, a 35 year+ Nonprofit organization committed to ending homelessness through direct street outreach and systemic support.
Bridges Outreach, Inc. is a leading nonprofit addressing homelessness through street outreach and intensive case management focusing on health, housing, and independence. Bridges' mission is centered on forming relationships and connecting individuals with resources that promote long-term stability and self-sufficiency. In 2024, Bridges Outreach successfully housed 480 individuals and brought outreach to nearly 10,000 more, both record-breaking numbers for the organization. Based in Summit and Newak, New Jersey, Bridges Outreach is mainly concentrated in Union and Essex Counties, and looks forward to continuing to make a profound impact on the lives of its inhabitants!
